Story Coaching

Story Wise Coaching is tailored for exactly where you are at in your journey to use your voice to tell your story. If performance and dramatic expression is your focus, that’s what we work on, if story crafting and meaning making is where you need help we work there, and of course it all about your story, your goals and your meaning and message. 

Working with Kate Lawrence as a story coach will enable you think through all aspects of your interest in storytelling, explore your stories, your values and your message, and enable you to be bring your best self to the task.  

Story Wise has three coaching packages to choose from.  Book a 20 minute Story Call with Kate to talk through your situation and see if she feel right for your needs, and discuss which package would suit you best. 

Story One

This is one 90 minute coaching session to explore any aspects of a story you want to tell.

The more you understand about storytelling and the more work and thinking you’ve done on your story before the session, the better use we will make of the time, but it is also a great place to start if you don’t know what you don’t know.

Story Explorer

In this four-session program, you’ll explore your experiences and your purpose, to home in on the key narrative arc that will express who you are and what you believe. 

The first session is 90 minutes and the next three sessions are 60 minutes.  In between sessions you’ll write, and reflect, shape and make sense of your history, until you have a through line, a story filled echo from your life.  Sessions are held on zoom over 4 to 8 weeks.

Performance Ready

This program is for you if you want to work with a coach to create brilliant, authentic, story filled keynote, presentation, speech, or book. We fully explore, craft, make sense of your story and purpose, so you can create and share a powerful, engaging and meaningful story, presentation, or written piece.
