Finally, the second season of Story Wise Woodend. Now in smaller, one story episodes, easier to listen to on the go. The first story in this season is from the Story Wise Woodend event in February 2016, where the theme of the night was Eclipse of the Heart. We hear a wonderful story from Cassis Lumb, about the agony of unrequited love.
In this tenth episode of Story Wise Woodend we hear stories from two experienced storytellers, from Melbourne, who travel to Woodend to support the event. In serendipitously related stories, Teena Hartnett remembers her Dad and Jackie Kerin her grandmother, both told in February 2016 where the theme of the night was Eclipse of the Heart.
This weeks episode shares a terrific story from Jackie Kerin, including her curiosity as to what story 'they' tell about what happened. And Susan tells a story of an unlikely solution doctors find in a situation of modern medicine.
