This is the first episode from the stories told at the May 2016 Story Wise Woodend where the theme of the night was Family.  Christine Hardiman, a Story Wise Woodend regular tells a moving story of love, set in the stately homes of England during the war, and the tragedy of a heartbroken unknown soldier.
